Cuba is a place of art, love and magical happiness

When I was growing up in Cuba

The pace of life was slower, the moments of intellect were longer and we noticed the drops of water as they fell in us and in surfaces, to centrifugally open as in attempting to cover a bigger area to wet it with happiness.

My siblings left Cuba after me, and together we remember how we used to live, the funny Cuban jokes, and the smells of mariposa flowers. Our memories shape how we live now, and our appreciation for what we have. There is not one day that I do not give thanks to the Universe for having food, a roof, and even soap and water. We want to take you on a trip within our memories and share our culture and values. We come from an almost screen-free society, with old cars, and antiques.

We are as if, from somewhere in the past, living in your present. Let us take you back to a slower pace, where you can try our recipes, learn and try our traditions, and discover our artistic side and way of life.
